The 74HC Series 74HC08 is Quad 2-Input AND Gate 14 Pin IC. The 74HC08 provides 4 independent 2-input AND gates with standard push-pull outputs. 7408 IC is designed for operation with a power supply range of 4.75V to 5V. 7408 IC utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LS-TTL gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to VCC and the ground.
