This is a Waveshare 4.3 Inch Capacitive Touch multicolour graphic LCD display, 4.3inch diagonal, 800×480 pixels. It is able to display 16,777,216 colours via the 24-bit RGB interface, supports up to 5-points capacitive touch control via an I2C interface. Although the 800×480 common HDMI display is made for Raspberry Pi, you can use it on other compatible boards too.
